05.09.2019 Héra Holding’s General Manager, Paolo Zago, speaks at MIV DAY at Borsa Italiana (Market for Investment Vehicles)

On 4 September 2019, Héra Holding S.p.A.’s General Manager, Paolo Zago, spoke at the MIV DAY organized by the Italian stock market, Borsa Italiana, entitled “Alternative Investment Funds: #MIV- Market for Investment Vehicles in the Real Economy”. Zago spoke at the session on “The Experience of Vehicles ready to Invest in the Real Economy”, taking the opportunity to introduce the “Hera Zest Npe Fund”, the first fund to specialize in Italian real estate-secured NPEs. The Fund aims to purchase “single name” property-backed distressed loans from banks or other institutional entities for workout with tailor-made acquisition and value generation projects. The investment strategy is based on a discerning ‘cherry picking’ approach.
