Hèra Holding attends the Banca Ifis Npl Meeting and networking workshop led by General Manager, Paolo Zago

On 26 September 2019, Héra Holding S.p.A.’s General Manager, Paolo Zago, spoke at the 8th NPL Meeting (www.nplmeeting.it) organized by Banca IFIS in the splendid setting of the Palazzo del Cinema on the Lido, one of the islands of Venice.
The workshop presented by Zago, called “Secured NPE development: an integrated and tailor-made approach to add value”, was an opportunity to take a deep dive into the many aspects surrounding the business of taking over and creating value from real estate underlying non-performing loans.

Zago’s presentation focused especially on the makeup and recent evolution of the impaired credit market, starting from the latest Banca Ifis data published in Market Watch Npl in January 2019. He then went on to take a close look at approaches to more complex credit situations. Value generation is the key word when managing underlying real estate assets, Héra Holding’s core business, where the Company has long experience in end-to-end tailor-made solutions encompassing all the asset recovery phases. Zago finished his presentation presenting the Group’s specialist Fund dedicated to purchasing real estate secured impaired credit for which Héra Holding acts as technical advisor in the areas of selection, due diligence and profitable recovery.
